Placing an Order

- Browse our collection and add your favorite items to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout and provide your shipping details.
- Choose your preferred payment method and confirm your order.
- You will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase.
Once your order is placed, our team will process and dispatch it as soon as possible.
Order Confirmation & Processing
- After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
- Our team will begin processing your order within 24 hours.
- Orders are usually shipped within 2-5 business days, depending on your location.
Order Cancellation
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please note the following:
- Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
- To cancel your order, contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details.
- If your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to cancel it. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the product (as per our Return & Exchange Policy).
Refund for Canceled Orders
- If your order is successfully canceled before shipment, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.
Changes to Orders
- Unfortunately, we are unable to modify orders once they are placed. If you need to change an item, we recommend canceling the order (if eligible) and placing a new one.
